These Terms and Conditions govern your use of LekkeHost (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use LekkeHost.

1. About LekkeHost

LekkeHost is an online marketplace that connects short-term rental hosts in Cape Town and the Western Cape with independent service providers and suppliers. LekkeHost provides the platform only; we are not a party to any agreement, transaction or work arranged between hosts and providers.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your login details secure. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Listings and conduct

Providers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and quality of their listings and services. You agree not to post content that is false, misleading, unlawful, or that infringes the rights of others. LekkeHost may remove listings or suspend accounts that breach these terms.

4. Transactions between users

Any agreement, payment, booking or work is strictly between the host and the provider. LekkeHost does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of services listed, and is not responsible for disputes between users. We strongly encourage you to follow our safety tips.

5. Fees

Browsing and contacting providers is free for hosts. Where paid or promoted listings are offered, the applicable fees will be shown before you commit.

6. Intellectual property

The LekkeHost name, branding and platform content are owned by LekkeHost. You retain ownership of the content you submit but grant LekkeHost a licence to display it on the Platform.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LekkeHost is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform or from dealings between users.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
